  • UPS Battery Installation & Support Service Pack (Up to 1500VA)
  • This service pack is applicable for UPS systems up to 1500VA within Bangalore city limits for One Visit Only.
  • For locations outside Bangalore, additional travel charges may apply, as levied by the local authorized service partner. Any such extra charges will be informed to the customer in advance before the service visit.
  • If the customer chooses not to proceed after being informed of additional charges, the service request will be treated as cancelled, and the support charges paid under this product will be refunded.
  • This support pack is primarily designed for battery (RBC) installation for APC UPS products purchased from estorewale.com.
  • Inclusions

    • One-time onsite visit covering labour charges

    • Basic troubleshooting and corrective actions, if required

    • Battery installation, if batteries are purchased separately

    • UPS calibration and functional testing

    • Preventive maintenance support

    • Service visit scheduled within 3–4 working days from order confirmation

    • Bangalore city: Visit typically within 48 working hours

    • Other metro cities: Service available via APC-authorized third-party service providers

    • For locations outside Bangalore, onsite visits may take 3–5 working days, depending on service partner availability.

    If an onsite visit cannot be arranged due to reasons beyond our control, the service visit charges will be fully refunded.

    Important Service Process

    • If this service pack is purchased along with a product:

      • The product will be shipped via courier first.

      • Once received, the customer must notify us by emailing support@estorewale.com.

      • Upon confirmation, estorewale.com will arrange the onsite service engineer.

    • Exclusions

    • Repair or replacement cost of PCB, batteries, or internal components

    • Board-level repairs

    • Correction of site-related issues (power wiring, earthing, load mismatch, etc.)

    • Multiple visits, multiple UPS units, or higher-capacity models

    • Same-day service requests (available only with a Premium Service Pack)

    • Please Note :

    • Same-day service is not covered under this pack.

    • If further diagnosis is required, the UPS may need to be taken to an authorized service center only with customer consent.

    • Any additional repair work will be carried out only after sharing an estimate with the customer.

    • No refunds are applicable once the order is confirmed, except where explicitly stated above.
