3️⃣ On-Display / In-Store Product Fulfillment
Products labeled “On Display / In Store” are physically available at our authorized store or warehouse.
These products are dispatched directly from the store or nearest fulfillment location.
Stock availability is verified before dispatch.
In rare cases, order confirmation may take up to 24 hours.
4️⃣ Shipping Charges (Displayed Before Payment)
Shipping charges are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Shipping Cost Details:
Bangalore City: Free for Store Pickup Orders, Minimal shipping based on the product Size & Weight. (shown at checkout)
Other Locations in India: Shipping charges vary based on:
Product weight and dimensions
Delivery pin code
Courier partner charges
Customers can view the final shipping cost before placing the order.
5️⃣ Tracking Information & Partial Shipments
Once orders are shipped, a tracking details with the link to track the parcel are being sent customer by email and SMS from both courier partner & estorewale.com
Orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages based on availability.
No additional shipping charges are applied for partial shipments.
6️⃣ Delivery Coverage & Restrictions
Delivery is available only within India.
PO Box addresses are not supported.
Delivery may be restricted for certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
7️⃣ Order Cancellation & Delivery Delays
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our return policy.
